Lawbreakers

For many years now, the more observant of you, may have noticed that the end of each blog post published by TV Licensing Watch has the following text at the end.

The value of domestic cctv surveillance and handheld video camera can prove invaluable in gathering evidence of the serial abuses and misdemeanours perpetrated by employees of Capita Business Services under cover of the BBC TV Licensing™ contract. TV Licensing Watch advises anybody who has the misfortune to have face to face dealings with Capita BBC TV Licensing™ to collect evidence by making an audio-visual record of those dealings in their entirety, covertly with cctv or overtly with portable devices.

For people who have not exercised their right to remain silent, TV Licensing Watch advises anybody who has had the misfortune to have face to face dealings with Capita BBC TV Licensing™ and have received a summons as a consequence to seek legal advice if: there is the slightest discrepancy between the actual situation regarding viewing habits and/or what actually happened during the interview compared with what has been written on the TVL178 Record of Interview self incrimination form.

This blog post will be no exception.

The abuses, misdemeanours and bullying by Capita BBC TV Licensing™ for and on behalf of the BBC and its shambolic TV licence fee funding model  would not be in the public domain and widely known.  Were it not for the increasing number of householders sick to death of being bullied and harried making video recordings of actual events taking place at their homes and places of business, the fictions of the BBC, its various TV Licensing contractors would not be exposed.

Here we present yet another video recording made by a household.  We have very carefully scoured “TV Licensing Visiting Procedures” for any mention of shouting “You’re breaking the law! You’re breaking the law!” at householders. There was none. Or indeed for abuse of any kind.

Honestly, if Capita BBC TV Licensing and BBC think that visiting households and shouting abuse is acceptable then every lawfully unlicensed household has every right to make the BBC TV licence fee and its administration unworkable.  As there are no powers that legally compel anyone to inform BBC TV Licensing that no TV licence is needed it would seem to be perfectly in order.

Please keep on filming them and keep on embarrassing the BBC.
